Simple and easy potato wedges…
July 8th, 2012
Sorry for the late post, been very busy at work lately. That’s summer working at an airport for you. Today’s post is shwoing you how to make quick and easy potato wedges. These will be perfect for the summer BBQs (if the sun ever decides to show its face). Now I’ve worked out how easy potato wedges are to make I will never be going back to a frozen bag again!! Wash and peel as many potatoes as you want. Cut in half and then slice up into wedges. Place into an oven proof roasting dish/tin and coat in olive oil, salt and paprika. They should look like this:
Make sure you get stuck in and every wedge gets coated. Then place in a preheated oven at 200 (220 if not fan assisted) and cook for approx 30mins. Be sure to turn over halfway through. They may need a little longer depending on how crispy you want them.
Et voila! See, told you they were simple :) the good thing is they go perfect as a side to every meal… give it a try!!
